Cancellation Policy

Booking & Appointment Policies Deposits A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all appointments. Deposits go toward your total service cost. Lateness A 15-minute grace period is provided for all appointments. Arrivals beyond 15 minutes may require rescheduling and forfeiture of your deposit, depending on the day's schedule. Cancellations & Rescheduling We require at least 4 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 4 hours' notice will forfeit the deposit. No-shows are not eligible for a refund and may be required to pay in full before booking future appointments. Children & Guests Please limit extra guests during your appointment. Children being serviced should be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the full appointment. Consultations Loc services (starter locs, microlocs, instant locs, retwists) require a consultation to confirm final pricing based on hair size, length, and density. Hair & Products All applicable services include a shampoo using Design Essentials products. Braiding hair is stocked in natural colors (1, 1b, 2, 4) unless otherwise requested. Refunds Services rendered are non-refundable. If you're unhappy with your service, please reach out within 48 hours so we can make it right. Student Discount $15 off Tuesday–Thursday appointments with a valid student ID.
